Daler Rowney Linseed Stand Oil reduces the consistency of oil colour and enhances flow. It is viscous and dries slowly to a tough elastic film, which is perfect when working on long-term projects, allowing you to use oil paints in a more versatile fashion. However, it dries faster than the pure linseed oil. This oil medium is ideal to mix with your oil colours if you want to reduce the brush marks in your painting or want to thin down the oil paint for doing fine detail painting.

Retouching, damar, matt and artists’ clear Picture varnishes are ideal to protect paintings, to enhance the colour which is removable or non-removable. Directions: A thin layer to be applied after oil painting is dry.A removable varnish that dries to a matt finish.
